All reports are managed by a third-party provider. All reports are kept anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.

Violations can include, but are not limited to: 

  • Harassment (sexual or other)
  • Theft or misuse of IFS resources and/or information
  • Theft or misuse of client data
  • Conflict of interest
  • Violations of any IFS Security  policy/procedure
  • Abuse of company benefits

All violations and suspected violations that are reported will be reviewed and investigated immediately.
